I sort of forgot that I should mention that Red Wolf Journal has featured one of my poems for their Fall/Winter 2016/2017 issue, on the theme of heart/hope. The piece they’ve features is titled lub dup (for the good of my heart). My thanks to the editors for accepting the piece.
Lub dup is a love poem I wrote back when Leanne and I were courting .

Thanks Anita. Really it means I wasn’t sure whether I should mention it at all, or let it just happen. I concluded (yet again) that these things are reason to celebrate, so I did!
