My thanks to Dagmara and the lovely crew over at Spillwords. They have kindly published another of my Seventeen Syllable meditations. Pop over and take a look if you have a moment to spare.

Thank you, Sadje. The Tibetan Book of Life and Death, which I’m drawing on for these, lends itself well to having little snippets of wisdom turned into 17 syllable poems.
I enjoy orking with them.

Frank, this was gorgeous. Very moving. The perfect image. Can I ask how you came about Spillword? Can anyone submit at anytime? 🙂

Hi Debby. Thank you.
Spillwords is just a site I kept encountering and decided to visit. They allow you to set up a page, so anything published is retained in a sequence on your own page, and they publicise to social media when an item appears.
The process is by submission and then their consideration – I’m not entirely sure what criteria other than good writing.
Their team comes up with the images.
I don’t submit anything more frequently than once a month as a rule and sometimes forget about it altogether for awhile.
I like them. Here is a link to the FAQ page: https://spillwords.com/faq/
