I mentioned yesterday that my poem – The Truth of Time – was to be published on the SpillWords (Spillwords.com) site. I’m delighted to share the link to the poem, which is now live.
I won’t say more about the poem – which I’ve discussed here before – other than that it is accompanied by an audio reading.
I’d love it if you popped across to read and hit the like button if you think it worth a like.
Your reading of the poem was very moving. It seems inconcievable that we could be in 1916 all over again, but Ukraine has the blasted landscape and mass graves to prove it.

Thank you, Liz. Hard to pick the era, just going on the images.

Thank you, Sadje. I hope the wretched war stops while there is still a country left for them to be a part of.

Congrats. Beautiful reading. It’s interesting to hear the Australian slang as well. Makes it that much more poignant, I think.
Couldn’t hit the like button over there (I don’t have an account on that webserver), but I will share on my blog. Take care.
