Goodreads feature – Small poems, big stories

I’ve just posted #4 of my offerings for the Goodreads feature.

Today’s is focusing on Seventeen Syllable work. Shorts pieces that tell a bigger story.

I’ve chosen a set of 5 poems to imaginatively illustrate the life of a working girl in the 1800’s, as hinted at via an archeological dig.

I enjoyed revisiting this set. Find it here if you’d like a look.

    • Thanks for trying Peggy.

GR seems to take some hours at least to process the new. I’m not sure why.

Thank you for visiting though. I’m trying to write something new there each day if I get a chance. I don’t have access to long features so very much. Might as well put a bit into it.
