Thanks Robbie. A very simple thing – which it needs to be if I’m to have any show of producing a loaf. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
Cheers, Derrick. Crusty as can be. Probably my best crust, if that’s a thing to skite about. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply

What kind of bread is it? I’m looking for the butter, warm out of the oven, slathered with butter. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
Here it is, Liz: https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1018203-simple-crusty-bread I used 1/3 quantities for a single loaf. My suggestion is to go easy on the salt. I’m a fan of no knead bread. Suits me well. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
I’ve been zooming a bit, as well, Liz. Whole bunch of FB group folk in England and teh US the other day. Makes it a smaller, more intimate world, sometimes. Tedious at others, though. LikeLike
