Remembrance Day 2019

The 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month.

In honor of the occasion I took a moment to record three poems that I think are a slightly different take on WW 1. Moments and images that gave me pause to think a little more deeply than I had been.

They are:

the strolling women (of Pont d’Achelles)

this war (by bike)

  1. What a wonderful way to pay tribute to all those caught up in the conflict, Frank. I love the recordings, too, they really draw you in. Thanks for adding another dimension to Remembrance Day.
