clouds today
are not
sanguine
they seem grumpier
than ever
they do their best
to hide the sun
hide him
from my view
I can hardly see him
just a hint of light
up there
and yet
so bland
and unassuming
clouds today …
such
cheeky sods

Same here, Frank. Very windy this morning, blowing the rain sharply against the windows. I don’t think I’ll go out yet.
