in the moment

Poem #70 from a series of poems drawn from the imagination and collected as: a Bachelard reverie.

Back to Bachelard and me – Introduction

what lives
in an instant
of time

is it a mite
or a moment
a life
or a breath
of the wind passing by

in a bit
just a second
the immediate
this instant I say

right now

what life
has just happened

what life
is but an idea

in an instant
the whole of

the all
of what was nothing
now a something
that passed by
just then

a life
lived in an instant
a moment
a second
just now

is just me
