a little light sailing

sunstream

we will sail
upon the sunstream
my lightboat
and I

the colours
of the rainbow
in our wake

no more
of waiting

no more of being still

the sun
has laid a path
that we can ride

spider web
our sails ahoy

dragonfly
the pennant

we will sail
up
on the lightstream
from today
to the heart of the sun

the time
for passive waiting
is for another day
another path

so goodbye old mates
goodbye
we sail the light
bye bye
